  • Identify and determine damages and related costs of services

  • Identify potential medical misconduct through licensing board reviews

  • Coordinate and attend independent medical examinations (IMEs)

  • Review medical bills to determine over-billing, mistaken billing, or misrepresentation

  • Investigate fraud and abuse of Medicare and Medicaid and other governmental funded agencies



Hospital services LeadershiP Consultant

  • Develop and implement strategies within the Emergency Department with significant improvement in metrics for enhanced throughput of patient flow

  • Assist to achieve and sustain improvements in clinical outcomes and financial results

  • Assist Respiratory Therapy Department to identify scope of practice within quality, safety measures, along with performance indicators

  • Utilize evidenced-based practice to initiate mental health liaisons in the Emergency Department to provide safe quality care for mental health patients

  • Assist healthcare leaders to provide the best patient care, manage performance, and engage employees

  • Facilitate with organizations to achieve greater transparency and higher accountability to execute effectively

  • Coordinate quality improvement and discharge planning within the trauma system and Emergency Department

  • Manage and mentor Clinical Support Specialists to meet appropriate staging of Meaningful Use Guidelines

  • Facilitate regulatory licensing requirements with opening a 16-bed surgical Intensive Care Unit

  • Execute relief charge nurse, resource nurse, transport nurse, and relief house supervisor
