Assist healthcare leaders to provide the best patient care, manage performance, and engage employees

Facilitate with organizations to achieve greater transparency and higher accountability to execute effectively

Coordinate quality improvement and discharge planning within the trauma system and Emergency Department

Manage and mentor Clinical Support Specialists to meet appropriate staging of Meaningful Use Guidelines

Facilitate regulatory licensing requirements with opening a 16-bed surgical Intensive Care Unit

Execute relief charge nurse, resource nurse, transport nurse, and relief house supervisor
